2088Tea is now the Official Kyarazen retail page

Hello all, another sincere apology for the slowness in writing… it’s hard to balance doing so many things at one go now. But good news! KyaraZen is now expanding a little, and soon we will have one or two other writers whom will be sharing knowledge on Chinese cultural arts, which may include brush painting, incense, calligraphy, guqin music, etc!

But I thought I would write this post because there had been several concerned enquiries about a certain 2088Tea page that had its soft launch a couple of months ago. Friends were wondering if that was really an official page of mine and yes indeed it is! I’ve now stopped using ETSY but instead will be using my own e-commerce site at 2088Tea.com where we will be sharing with you a myriad of treasures and experiences!

For this month, the KZ team had been very hardworking in making incenses and here are some of the examples of the handmade incenses available for the month, all made from selected and excellent raw materials, and if blended, are done in well researched traditional ways.

From time to time we will have some nice fragrant wood products, like beads, rosaries, you may also send in your request for a customized product/origin/budget and our team may see how we can source out reasonably priced, top quality fragrant wood and its products for you.

We have also collaborated with top notch Fragrant wood company in Beijing, Wu Shuang Ge 无双阁, which translates as the Hall of the Unparalleled. They have some of the top end fragrant woods in the world, and a very healthy stockpile of Chinese materials. They are strong proponents of incense culture proper, in China and are very meticulous and knowledgeable about fragrant woods, and especially with domestic Chincse kynams. This month, we’ve brought in limited amounts of their Hainanese fragrant wood incense, which very clearly highlights the deep sweetness of Chinese sinensis wild materials. Its impressive that they could supply incense housed in a beautiful ebony/blackwood tube, and having the incense very reasonably priced.

Some of our current month’s offerings are pictured here, and if they are not seen on 2088Tea, that would mean it had been sold out. This is just a once off posting just to clarify the existence of our 2088Tea retail page, hope to retain the focus on writing knowledgeable articles!
